The National Research Agency (ANR) is a public administrative institution under the supervision of the Ministry for Higher Education, Research and Innovation. The Agency provides funding for research projects, involving public operators collaborating with one another or with private companies.”.

Since its creation in 2012, the ANR’s Industrial Chairs call for proposals has aimed to train young researchers through ambitious, innovative, strategic, and industry-oriented research projects. Led by a public research institution and involving one or more companies, this call for projects targets priority and strategic areas for the actors involved in the projects and allows doctoral students to confront methodologies and experience of the economic world.
